What is CMAT Exam?

CMAT or the Common Management Admission Test is an aptitude test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission in MBA/PGDM courses infor over 1,000 B-Schools across India. CMAT 2021 exam will be conducted in online mode and the duration of the exam is three hours. The CMAT question paper consists of 100 questions from Quantitative Techniques & Data InterpretationLogical ReasoningLanguage Comprehension and General Awareness. The total marks of CMAT are 400. From 2021, CMAT admission scores for MBA programmes will be accepted by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) affiliated colleges/institutes across Uttar Pradesh for the academic year 2021-22. CMAT aspirants can also participate in UPSEE MBA counselling.

CMAT 2021: What's New?

  • A new section has been added to the CMAT question paper. The new section, Innovation and Entrepreneurship will be an optional section carrying 25 questions.
  • Extra 30 minutes will be given to students who opt for Innovation and Entrepreneurship section which means the total time available to students will be 3 hours and 30 minutes. For those not opting for the new optional section will get three hours to complete the paper.

CMAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

  • The CMAT aspirant must have completed graduation in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university

  • Final year Graduation students (10+2+3) are also eligible to apply for CMAT 2021 but they will have to present passing certificate at the time of admission
